Each cottage is of individual character and is surrounded by gardens of lawns and shrubs from which a wide variety of wildlife can be watched. They occupy secluded positions in countryside of natural beauty.

There are many delightful walks for the energetic as well as peace and quiet for a restful holiday, do come and find us to share the experience.

Beagle & Bassett Cottages

Beagle and Bassett occupy a splendid position with views towards the Teme Valley and Abberley's famous Clock Tower. Each cottage has one bedroom (twin beds - zip & link option available), bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen and living areas.

Beagle has all its rooms at ground level with no steps and wider doorways, thus being suitable for the disabled. Bassett has a living room downstairs with an open fireplace and kitchenette, upstairs is the bathroom and bedroom. Double adjoining doors can be opened to link the two cottages into one unit, thus providing three bedrooms using a double bed settee. The building was built some 100 years ago to house the Squire's hounds. Now it has been converted you'll certainly not feel in the 'dog-house'.

Foresters & Keepers Cottages

Keepers looks out over Elbatch Wood towards the Abberley Clock Tower, a landmark visible from miles around. Foresters faces south over the wood towards the Teme Valley. Each has two bedrooms upstairs (one double, one twin bed), a bathroom (with bath and shower) downstairs together with kitchen and living areas with open fireplaces; barbecues are provided for the outdoor cook!

Short Breaks (low season and late availability only)
Minimum stay: two nights.
2 nights: 60% of weekly tariff.
3 nights: 70% of weekly tariff.
4 nights: 75% of weekly tariff.
5 nights: 80% of weekly tariff.

General Features

Prices are inclusive of electricity. No VAT.
Linen and towels are provided free of charge.
Logs are provided (free of charge in mid and high season)

Newspapers can be delivered, please order at least seven days before your arrival date. The local shops are open all day on Saturdays and on Sunday mornings.

Booking Terms

Ł50 per cottage per week non-refundable deposit payable at time of booking; Balance of total holiday cost payable one month before arrival date; Cancellation insurance is recommended; Proposal forms are available from us.
